Purpose

Lirec is an R package for generating literature recommendations based on a set of given articles. The recommended articles can be either printed as table or visualized as graph. Users can choose between various different types of visualization, such as 'graph-like', 'tree-like' and 'sorted-by-year'. Lirec has been developed by Payman Seifi as part of his Master Thesis in the Department of statistical Bioinformatics of the University of Regensburg.
